Winemaking: Night harvest, stainless-steel fermentation and ageing to preserve purity, freshness and aromatics.
Origin & Story: Since 1885, Domaine Petroni has cultivated its vines along the shores of the Diana Pond, a unique maritime terroir shaped by sea breezes and mineral-rich soils. Managed by the Ramazotti family since 2008, the estate is guided by authenticity, respect for the land and eco-responsible winemaking, now carried forward by the new generation.
