Kalliste Vin sells wine to private customers for personal consumption only.
2. Eligibility & Legal Age
Alcohol may only be purchased by persons 18 years or older.
By placing an order, you confirm that you meet the legal age requirement.
Kalliste Vin reserves the right to request age verification and to refuse delivery if this condition is not met.
3. Products & information
All wines are produced by small, independent Corsican growers.
Vintage and label variations may occur and do not affect product conformity.
Allergens: Contains sulfites.
4. Prices & VAT
All prices are stated in DKK and include 25% Danish VAT (moms).
Delivery costs are added unless stated otherwise.
5. Ordering & payment
Orders are binding once confirmed by email.
Payment methods accepted:
• Credit or debit card (online payment)
• MobilePay
• Bank transfer
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment upon receipt of payment.
6. Delivery (Denmark only)
Deliveries are made within Denmark only via PostNord or local delivery in Copenhagen.
Estimated delivery times:
• Copenhagen: 1–3 business days
• Rest of Denmark: 2–5 business days
Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions or force majeure.
7) Breakage & damaged goods (PostNord policy)
All shipments are packed using certified wine cartons.
If a parcel arrives damaged, the customer must contact Kalliste Vin within 48 hours of delivery and provide
photos.
In case of breakage during transport, Kalliste Vin will replace or refund the affected bottle(s) once the claim
is validated with the carrier, in accordance with PostNord’s compensation procedures.
8. Delays & failed delivery
Kalliste Vin cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier or incorrect delivery
information provided by the customer.
If a parcel is returned due to failed delivery, re-shipping costs may apply.
8) Right of withdrawal (14 days)
In accordance with Danish consumer law, customers have 14 days from receipt of the goods to withdraw
from their purchase.
Conditions:
• Bottles must be unopened
• Products must be returned in original condition
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer
Refunds are issued once the goods have been received and inspected.
9. Liability
Kalliste Vin’s liability is limited to the value of the purchased products.
Indirect losses are excluded, except where mandatory consumer protection laws apply.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Danish law.
Any disputes shall be settled by the Danish courts.
