Vermentinu: a jewel in the heart of Corsica

Known as one of Corsica's most precious grape varieties, Vermentinu produces excellent premium wines. Visually, it has a pale yellow color with green highlights. 

On the nose, it is both elegant and complex, with notes of exotic fruits such as mango and white fruits such as peach. On the palate, these wines are characterized by their balance, length, and sometimes minerality. 

In conclusion, Vermentinu produces some of the best white wines the Mediterranean has to offer. It should be served at 10-12 degrees, with dishes such as Smørrebrød, fish soups, baked white fish, sushi, or Gravlax.
